NextGen Bar Exam Adoption!

Twenty-nine jurisdictions have adopted the NextGen bar exam as of December 2024: Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Guam, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Northern Mariana Islands, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
